Our customers' satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• We do not accept returns for products that are damaged, used, or missing original parts.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is free: we will provide you with a prepaid label for package pickup or shipping.

• Once we receive your return request, we will send you detailed instructions via email on how to proceed.

Refund

• After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• No restocking fee will be charged.
