2. Do I need to create an account to purchase? No, you can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and returns more easily.

3. Are PocketJoy products available all year round? Yes, but some collections or seasonal items may only be available for limited periods. We recommend signing up for our newsletter so you don't miss out on new arrivals.

4. Will sold-out products be restocked? When a product is sold out, we try to restock it as soon as possible. If you wish to be notified, you can activate the availability alert directly on the product page.

5. How long does it take to receive my order? We ship your orders the next business day following the purchase. Delivery times are 2-7 business days across Italy.

6. What are the shipping costs? Standard Shipping: Free 🎁 Express Shipping: €2.99 There are no additional costs for islands or remote areas.

7. How can I track my shipment? You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can follow its status in real-time via the provided link.

8. What should I do if my shipment is delayed or doesn't arrive? Write to us immediately at info.pocketjoy@gmail.com, including "Shipping Issue + order number" in the subject line. We will respond within the same business day to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

9. What payment methods do you accept? We accept the main secure payment methods, including: Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay All payments are processed securely and encrypted via Shopify Payments.

🔄 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

11. Can I return a product if I don't like it? Of course! You have 30 days from delivery to return any item free of charge, provided it is intact, unused, and in its original condition.

12. How do I request a return? Write to us at info.pocketjoy@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the product you wish to return. We will send you all the instructions to proceed with the free return.

13. How long does it take to receive the refund? As soon as we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
